I enjoy a ride with Levi and a lighter load than usual while Delanie is at day 1 of kindergarten. |

In April 2005, with help from the Colorado Springs Bike Shop (my favorite), I dusted the cobwebs
off my bike, hooked up the Burley (only used for walks up to now) and a kiddie seat, joined up with the Colorado Springs Cycling
Club and started riding again.

Levi loves singing the ABC's and "I've Got the Joy" while we ride. |
Three years ago I took my first "Spin" class at the YMCA and loved it. I loved the darkened studio, the great music,
being able to close my eyes, sing if I want to, ride standing up and all of the weightloss! My instructors have been terrific
motivators and made me want to come back for more week after week. And I guess that's the key to any successful
weightloss regimine... finding something you love to keep you motivated. If you haven't tried it yet you should! It's
a great workout for anyone of any age, weight or fitness level. In January I joined the staff at the YMCA as their
newest instructor. I hope to now motivate and inspire others to acheive their fitness goals.
